Carnival will be located at the corner of Liberty Dr. and Carlton Ave. City of Wheaton Parking Lot #9
Discounted carnival wristbands will be sold at the Ray Morrill Community Center and DuPage County Historical Museum beginning in early May.
All-You-Can-Ride Wristbands will be available for purchase electronically in late April. Wristband vouchers purchased in advance are $25. Wristbands purchased at the Carnival during Cream of Wheaton are $30.
