Our industry professionals will cover key topics including budgeting, credit, the mortgage process, working with real estate professionals, inspections, insurance, and closing.
Certificate Information:
Homebuyer Education Certificates are not issued the day of the workshop. A required one-on-one counseling session with a HOME DuPage HUD-certified housing counselor must be completed to receive a certificate.
