Crafting Home: A Collaborative Workshop on the Future of Housing in Philly

CBP Architects will host Crafting Home: A Collaborative Workshop on the Future of Housing in Philadelphia in collaboration with Remake Learning Days 2026. This collaborative event welcomes neighbors and visionaries of all ages to explore how to efficiently create housing for everyone in Philadelphia.

The event provides an opportunity to engage with kids and adults in the community and to further the conversations about housing begun during our DesignPhiladelphia open houses in 2024 and 2025. We’ll reuse our What is a Home? installation to invite students to describe what home means to them. Guests will also have the opportunity to contribute their perspectives and get hands-on experience with the design components we use every day. We look forward to a fantastic evening of collaboration and community mentorship and welcome the chance to see our office full of young, fresh energy and ideas.
