In this class, we’re taking classic risotto and elevating it with caramelized onions, mushrooms, parmesan, and a touch of rye whiskey to finish. You’ll cook alongside Chef Jesse Cross, learning how to build deep flavor and achieve that perfect creamy texture from scratch.
