Join us on Saturday, December 7th at the newly opened WellBYND Studio in downtown Toronto for a soul-nourishing wellness experience. In celebration of our November book pick, Beautiful Everydays: A Guide to Living in the Here and Now by Toronto-based author , this special event combines movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation. Here's what you can expect:



  • Gentle Yoga Movement Class: Experience a grounding and gentle yoga session designed to calm your nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
  • Guided Book Discussion & Journaling Session: Participate in an intimate discussion about Beautiful Everydays, led by the author herself, Palak Dave. Engage in reflective journaling exercises that will inspire you to find joy in the present moment.
  • Personalized Book Signing: Enjoy a live book-signing session with Palak, where you can get your copy of Beautiful Everydays customized.
  • Superfood Snacks & Tea: Relish light, nourishing snacks to compliment your journey of self-care.


Books can be purchased at indigo.ca or local retailers listed on embiria.ca/book, and there will also be some copies available to purchase on the day of the event. But bring your book along if you have it already and want it signed!
Whether you’ve read every page or are just starting the book, this meetup offers a space to reconnect, reflect, and recharge.

About the author:

Palak Dave (@paldave) is a mission-driven entrepreneur, experience expert, speaker and author of Beautiful Everydays: A Guide to Living in the Here and Now. Formerly an award-winning marketer with senior-level positions at companies including the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and Indigo Books and Music Inc., Palak began her entrepreneurial journey in 2017 by founding Embiria {meaning experience}, which has since evolved to Embiria Social Club (ESC)—a community helping women feel more fulfilled in their everyday lives. Having curated and hosted over 350 community and media events, Palak believes in the profound impact of bringing people together—especially over a shared meal.

Through facilitating experiences, hosting events, working with brands, speaking and media engagements, Palak is championing a movement towards everyday fulfillment and joy, encouraging others to prioritize real-life experiences and human connection over digital distractions.
