with Lani NaheleDuring this workshop you will be exploring tools to stretch existing patterns and try new ways to talk, touch and be together. Through somatic offerings such as cellular holding, conscious touch-both giving and receiving, and writing prompts, you will refine your ability to hear, see, and feel what your partner is experiencing. Who doesn't need more of that?
This workshop is primarily focused toward romantic couples, but if you seek to expand avenues of communication with a friend or with a new acquaintance, you are most welcome!
Lani Nahele was a Movement Therapist at Canyon Ranch for ten years where she taught a workshop for individual couples called The Art of Relating, using touch and writing to increase couples understanding of and connection to each other. She has been a Practitioner of Body-Mind Centering and diverse bodywork modalities for over thirty years and has a private bodywork practice in Florence Ma.
Sliding-scale pricing: $60-90.* (Pass covers two people.)

Cancelation Policy (All Sanctuary Special Programming): If you register for a workshop or event and you do not show up, you forfeit your pass. We are unable to offer credits or refunds.
