Cosmic Grooves is celebrating its 1 year anniversary since the first party at the iconic 98 Hotel. To celebrate, we are happy to announce that Joses, a legend in the Edmonton music scene, is coming to Whitehorse for an unforgettable event! Hosted at the beautiful Yukon Transportation Museum, Cosmic Grooves is putting on its best night yet.
A little bit about Joses:
Like Jesus and Moses mixed together (his real name), Joses has a remarkably unique yet familiar sound connecting classic disco edits to spaced out indie synth tunes. Joses is the founder of Edmonton’s Disco/House/Indie Dance party SWEAT and annual international festival Disco In The Park, as well as the General Manager of Grindstone Theatre Society and The Grindstone Venue, and regularly tours to perform in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and more. Some call him the “King of Disco” in Edmonton, and he is a well-known member of the community.
