About this Event
Rest is wisdom in the heart of Winter - not just slowing down, not simply the occasional siesta, and certainly not just a few extra days off from work - but true, deep, intentional rest. The energy we harvest in hibernation is what sustains us throughout the new year, so give yourself space to relax, reflect, restore, and recharge in a two-hour workshop featuring:
- Tea and Story Time
- An Introduction to Dreamwork
- Restorative Yoga
- Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
- Immersive Sound Bath
- Holistic Winter Wisdom
Dress comfy! Props provided, but please feel encouraged to bring your own eye mask, pillow, or blanket - a handout will be provided but you can also bring a journal, crystals, anything for your nest :)

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
