No prior experience is necessary — beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
What Happens in a Session
Each session includes teaching, guided breath practice, and group integration:
🌿 Gentle body awareness and relaxation practices
🌿 Learning healthy and conscious breathing techniques
🌿 Guided Cosmic Breathwork / Rebirthing Breathwork practice
🌿 Reflection, integration, and optional sharing
🌿 Daily personal practice encouraged for best results
Participants often experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and renewed vitality.

Contribution

Regular Tuition: $375 (includes books)

Lesson 1: Breathwork as the Breath of the Divine Mother
• Understanding breath and the breathing process
• Foundations of conscious and correct breathing
Lesson 2: Foundations of Breathing
• Three core practices:
– Lengthened exhalation
– Full belly breathing
– Hip rocking breathing (spinal movement)
Lesson 3: Basic Anatomy of Breath
• The science of breathing
Lesson 4: Restricted Breathing Patterns
• Common breath-holding patterns
• Understanding and gently transforming patterns such as over-breathing (hyperventilation)
Lesson 5: Awakening Body and Breath
• The role of posture in optimal breathing
Lesson 6: Expanding Breathing Capacity
• Full body breathing (Yogic breath)
Lesson 7: Breath, Stress, and Trauma
• Understanding stress and suffering
• The role of breath in healing and regulation
Lesson 8: Breath for Health and Wellness
• Practices may include:
– Coherent breathing
– Conscious connected breathing
– Tantric breathing
– Body-part breathing (practice of one method)
About the Facilitator
Mahendra is a breathwork facilitator with years of experience guiding individuals and groups in conscious breathing, healing, and spiritual growth. His approach blends traditional wisdom, modern breath awareness, and compassionate presence to help participants reconnect with their vitality and inner peace.
