Who is David?
I have fifteen years of professional experience and a lifetime of enthusiasm for chocolate. As a chocolatier, I make delightful creations with amazing chocolate in micro-batches and offer them online and at farmers markets. My career in chocolate is rooted in pastry and chocolate production. Working with farmers, researchers, chocolate makers, chefs, and fellow chocolatiers, I continually explore and enjoy the culture of chocolate.
