Over 8 weeks, we’ll focus on developing awareness, coordination, and functional strength through intentional, breath-led movement. Alongside the physical practice, you’ll also gain a deeper understanding of how your core and pelvic floor work, how they respond to stress, posture, breath, and daily movement, and how to support them in a way that feels sustainable and intuitive.
This series creates space to slow down and tune in, helping you recognize patterns, build trust in your body, and feel more connected to how you move and support yourself day to day.
Suitable for all levels, including those returning to movement, navigating postpartum changes, or looking to build a stronger, more supportive foundation.
