Pretty Girl Playground: Strength is a women-led group training experience rooted in discipline, presence, and embodied power. This session is about meeting your soul with your feet — showing up fully in your body, grounding yourself through movement, and leaving feeling strong, fulfilled, and connected.
Expect a strength-focused class that blends intentional movement, breath, rhythm, and flow. We will move with purpose, train with control, and challenge both body and mind in a way that feels empowering rather than draining.
To support recovery and nourishment, fresh juice shots will be provided — a small ritual to refuel, reset, and carry the energy of the session with you.
This is a space for women who want to:
- Build real strength without disconnecting from their body
- Feel confident, grounded, and powerful
- Train with intention, not chaos
- Move in community and leave fulfilled
You don’t need to be “advanced.”
