Breakups are more frequent than ever in our modern world, yet the end of a relationship doesn't have to be a failure or a source of pain, hostility, blame & resentment. Letting go of a partner or lover with awareness, love & generosity may be the deepest spiritual practice there is.

There is nothing that can crack us open more than heartbreak, and there is nothing that can open us to the wholeness of presence & deep natural wisdom more than grief. Yet few of us take the time to grieve consciously, clear the energetic cord we are releasing & use the end of a romantic partnership as an opportunity for growth & self-discovery.

Join us for a day of healing, releasing & authentic relating, as we navigate this topic in community.

CONSCIOUS UNCOUPLING IS AN INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE. IT DOES NOT REQUIRE A PARTNER, ONLY A WILLINGNESS TO FACE, GROW & LET GO WITH LOVE.

Important details:

~ Doors will open at 9:45am and close at 10:15am. If you arrive late you will not be let in.

~ This is a drug-free event.

~ Please refrain from wearing cologne or perfume in the space.

~ Shoes are not allowed inside, so please plan on wearing comfortable socks.

~ Bring your own lunch, we do not encourage you to leave the space during the event.

~ Water and tea are provided. If you can, please bring a water bottle and a closed container for tea.

~ The sign for HeartLab can be easi to miss. Look for a gated entrance around the corner from Limon Restaurant.

~ Public transportation: Heartlab is located between 16th St and 24th St BART.

~ Street parking can be difficult, so please allow ample time to find parking. There are bike racks out front; no bikes are allowed inside.

~ Local garages are:

📍 California Parking - Mission between 19th & 20th, entrance underneath the theater sign. $15 Sunday through Thursday, $20 Friday and Saturday. Open 24 hours.

📍 Mission Bartlett garage - 3255 21st St., between Mission and Valencia. Open 7 AM to 10 PM, $2-$5 an hour, $27 for 12-hour maximum.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Alina Mihai is a Transformation Coach, Personal Brand Strategist & Communication Specialist. Over the last two decades, Alina has helped individuals of many ages (from 18 months to 74 years) find their voice, celebrate their gifts, communicate authentically and create loving & joyful relationships.

Alina speaks three languages fluently, has a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Communication Disorders and multiple certificates in various coaching and healing modalities, including strategic intervention with Tony Robbins, non-violent communication with Marshall Rosenberg and psychic work and meditation with Psychic Horizons school in San Francisco. Alina’s unique flair is in combining spirituality and energy work with practical tools and trauma-informed coaching.

Alina is currently studying the Art of Circling - a practice of authentic relating - at the Circling Institute in the Bay Area.

Alina believes the world is starving for authenticity, so she has made it her mission to help those brave souls who dare speak the truth shine even more brightly.
