Biography

Carolyn Kubena is a Nervous System Specialist with 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping clients achieve emotional well-being by collaborating with their ancient nervous systems. With extensive training in body-psychotherapy and a broad background in psychedelic therapies, Carolyn combines cutting-edge neuroscience with holistic practices.

Carolyn has personally experienced the transformative benefits of psychedelics in addressing the unique challenges of aging and has seen these benefits in her clients as well. She has extensive psychedelic experience, including microdosing coaching, integrating low-dose psychedelics with somatic therapy and nervous system healing, and facilitating weekend retreats for macro dosing.

Her methods go beyond traditional talk therapy, recognizing that emotional experiences are stored in the body and require a holistic approach integrating our natural biology and spirituality. With her comprehensive approach, she has empowered countless individuals to live better lives and safeguard their mental and physical health by finding calm, resilience, and agility within themselves.

Carolyn is a professional member of the U.S. Association of Body-Psychotherapy, the Core Energetics Alumni Association, and the Psychedelic Somatic Institute, ensuring she remains at the forefront of her field, continuously expanding her expertise to better serve her clients.
