Conscious Connections is a new concept beginning for the first time in Brisbane. Here you can return to real life, face-to-face human interactions, which enrich your soul and enable you to make new friends and maybe find that special someone you are looking for. Humans are meant to experience life in heartfelt togetherness and Conscious Connections helps to facilitate this.

In an uplifting, safe and relaxed atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to:

• Experience encounters that go beyond superficial conversations.
• Connect with others through exercises that open the heart and create moments of authentic connection.
• Discover what it means to truly see yourself reflected in the eyes of another.
• Learn more about how to express yourself with greater authenticity, more depth and to be centred in your soul no matter who you interact with.

What will happen?

You have the chance to interact with several participants through various activities designed to create authentic encounters. Each exercise will help you put aside your masks and approach those around you with sincerity. The atmosphere will be relaxed, without pressure, but providing the necessary space for special moments. You do not need to have prior experience in such events or be an expert in relationships – all you need is an openness to explore and a curiosity to meet people in a different way. All exercises will be guided by the facilitators.
This evening could be the beginning of a relationship that will transform your life. Or it could be an unforgettable experience in which you meet many wonderful people and learn something new about yourself.
Nina & Alex will be your evening facilitators. As experienced teachers of yoga, meditation and tantra, they heartfully invite you to explore the depths of soulful interactions in a safe and inspiring space.
