Becky is a Master Hypnotist, NLP Practitioner, Multiple Brain Integration Coach, and Master Life Coach. She is also a trained Sound Healer and certified Tesla Metamorphosis Practitioner, infusing her sound journeys with multidimensional energy to elevate healing potential.
Each sound bath is played intuitively, reading the energy of the room to bring harmony to the field. Expect a deeply immersive experience where sound is felt not just in the body, but in the soul - helping you shift energetically, emotionally, and spiritually.

△ Stay hydrated throughout the day - water helps sound vibrations move more effectively through your body.
△ Wear comfortable clothing suitable for lying down and relaxing.
△ Arrive early - doors will be locked 5 minutes after start time to preserve the sacred container.
△ Avoid a heavy meal beforehand; a light snack is fine.

△ Your own mat, blanket or pillow if preferred - everything is provided, but you’re welcome to personalise your space.
△ A personal intention - sound amplifies what you’re ready to shift or call in.
△ A notebook and pen if you like to record insights or downloads after the session.
💫 After the Session
Drink plenty of water and be gentle with yourself. Healing often continues in the hours or days afterward - you may feel lightness, emotion, vivid dreams, or intuitive clarity. Journaling is encouraged to anchor insights and track your integration process.
