Over 90 minutes, you will be guided through a carefully woven experience designed to awaken, release, and restore. We begin with a gentle Kundalini exercise to move stagnant energy from the body and create space for something deeper.
As we transition into Conscious Connected Breathwork, the breath becomes your anchor — a direct pathway to the stillness that lives beneath it all.
Throughout the breathwork, supportive Reiki flows gently through the room, clearing what no longer serves and supporting your nervous system as it settles into true safety. The journey closes with space for integration — time to rest, reflect, and let the experience land.
Woven through the entire journey are devotional sounds rooted in India’s ancient wisdom traditions — music that knows how to carry you inward.
You will leave with more than an experience. You will leave with a felt sense of your own unshakeable inner ground — a place you can return to whenever the world feels shaky.
What to Expect During the 90min Experience
