I was caught in a vicious cycle of denial, suppression, and outbursts—those brief moments of relief followed by overwhelming guilt, which I then directed at myself. I wasted a lot of health and energy on that. I was living with the handbrake pulled. The worst part is that often completely unconsciously...

HOW EXACTLY WILL THIS PROCESS LOOK?


1️⃣ Prepare yourself for the fact that at the start, you might be pleasantly and soothingly surprised, discovering something that will surely give you energy and strength to work.

2️⃣ Next, we learn to consciously feel in our bodies and use anger of low and medium intensity, recognize it in our bodies, communicate it, and use it responsibly—before it grows and overwhelms us.

3️⃣ Through voluntary exercises, practices, and processes solo, in pairs, and in groups, we shed, like itchy, too-small sweaters, toxic layers of socialization and limiting beliefs.

4️⃣ And at the same time, we are practically learning and training tools for using anger of varying intensity to: set and maintain your boundaries, reach for what you desire, consciously feel in your body and express its wisdom, heal, and make new decisions. With sensitivity and mindfulness, I take care of their integration in each and every one of you.

My name is Gabriela Klara Kowalska, 

I believe in a world where we: women and men, consciously feel our emotions, bodies, and the consequences of our actions, and through this (co)create the world we want to live in.


That's why for over 7 years I have been working with people as a somatic therapist, and for over 4 years I have been conducting pioneering anger management training for women in Poland (for over a year now also for men). So far, over 1000 women and nearly 100 men have worked with me.


I work in the psychological-coaching approach of Possibility Management, which has been developed worldwide for over 40 years and has been introduced to Poland in recent years. Soon I will be training future trainers of this method (want to know more? - write to me).


I am a Coach and Trainer of Possibilities in the Possibility Management approach, a Trainer of Spaceholders for the Rage Club, and a Trainer of Spaceholders for Possibility Coaching in the Possibility Management approach, as well as a Facilitator (FiT) of Community Building by M. Scott Peck (a technology for navigating group processes and building community).
