About this Event

🧑 What is this workshop about?

Would you like to help build a stronger, more connected community? This free, friendly workshop will give you the tools and ideas to make it happen. You don’t need any experience – just an interest in your neighbourhood.

🌱 What will we do?

During the day, we will:

βœ” Build a sense of community with others in the room

βœ” Learn about the six types of local assets – things that help a neighbourhood thrive

βœ” Explore how to spot people’s skills, passions and gifts

βœ” Practise asking powerful questions in real-life settings

βœ” Talk about how we can support people to help themselves, rather than doing things for them
