This monthly event series shares information and resources with families related to social needs such as stable housing, food security, access to transportation and more. Join us on Thursday April 16th, at Holland Bloorview (main floor, by Tim Hortons, as you enter the cafeteria), anytime between 10am and 1pm, to connect 1:1 with a Customer Ability Liaison from TTC Wheel-Trans. The drop-in event can help provide information about:
- How Wheel-Trans works
- Eligibility and how to apply
- Important things to consider when using Wheel-Trans
- Other supports and services available, including the TTC's Travel Training program
