Connect & Stretch is a monthly wellness‑driven networking experience hosted at Providence Athletic Club, designed for creatives, entrepreneurs, musicians, and anyone seeking a healthier, more connected way to build community.

This gathering blends guided movement, music discovery, and authentic relationship‑building in a relaxed, high‑vibe environment. Each session begins with a 30–45 minute group stretch, led by a certified instructor or guest facilitator, focusing on mobility, breath, and body awareness. Once everyone is grounded and energized, the space transitions into a dynamic cultural mixer featuring:

• Music Share & Feedback Circle – Artists play original tracks for live feedback and potential placement in the Providence gym playlist.
