What is an energy class?

A combination of transformative guided meditations and energy movements, Sun Kyeong classes are a unique method that help you to reconnect and increase your energy levels, allowing you to have more clarity of mind and strength in body.

What is an energy treatment?

Experienced practitioners use a combination of acupressure to help restore the natural flow of energy throughout the body, helping to relieve stress, tension and pain. You can try a full body acupressure and energy treatment on the day for $50 (usual price $90), to be booked in advance, limites spaces available.
