Finding Purpose:
For the first time in my life, I understood that everything I had lived through wasn’t a punishment — it was preparation.
The depression, the anxiety, the breakdown, the loneliness… all of it shaped me into someone who could feel deeply, see clearly, and guide others through what I had survived.
My purpose wasn’t outside of me.
I began to realise:

A grounded, steady sense of knowing that my life was meant for something more meaningful, more connected, more human.
I wasn’t just healing for myself.
I was healing so I could hold space for others.
I knew healing needed to be accessible, embodied, and transformative.

Not just theory.
But something that reached the nervous system, the emotions, the subconscious, and the soul — all at once.
Cathy has a gift for working with the energetic body, using practices such as craniosacral therapy and somatic release to enable deep relaxation and facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. She is a Intuitive Bodyworker,
Cathy weaves each session with Fascia Flow movement, supporting the release of physical blockages and pain held in specific areas of the body. Through targeted fascial manoeuvres, she helps reset the nervous system, restoring ease, mobility, and a sense of regulation.
