About this Event
Confident Intimacy is a practical, embodied masterclass designed to help you feel more at ease in connection — with yourself and with others.
Because for many of us, intimacy doesn’t feel natural.
We overthink.
We hold back.
We second guess what we want.
We don’t say the thing we actually mean.
And over time, that creates distance — even when we want closeness.
This workshop is about changing that.
Through a combination of somatic (body-based) practices, nervous system awareness, and simple communication tools, you’ll learn how to:
• Ask for what you want clearly and confidently
• Receive attention, touch, and connection without deflecting
• Understand your patterns (people-pleasing, shutdown, over-giving)
• Stay grounded in your body during connection
• Build intimacy that feels natural, not forced
🌿 What to Expect
- Guided exercises (solo and optional partner work)
- Nervous system tools for safety and regulation
- Practical communication frameworks
- A grounded, respectful, consent-led space
No prior experience needed.
No sexual touch.
💫 The Outcome
By the end of this session, you’ll feel more:
- confident expressing yourself
- comfortable receiving
- connected to your body in relational spaces
🌿 Workshop Flow (3 Hours)
This is a 3-hour immersive masterclass, designed to be both practical and spacious — allowing you to learn, experience, and integrate at your own pace.
We’ll move through:
• Arrival + grounding into the space
• Understanding intimacy through the nervous system
• Exploring patterns in connection (people-pleasing, shutdown, over-giving)
• Practical tools for asking, receiving, and expressing yourself
• Guided partner and solo exercises to embody the work
There will be a short break partway through with snacks provided — a chance to reset, reflect, and connect informally.
We’ll then come back together for:
• Integration of the practices
• Space for questions and reflection
• A grounded, intentional close
🧺 What to Bring
- Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
- A bottle of water
- A willingness to explore and learn more about yourself
(No prior experience needed — just come as you are.)
