Thinking about apprenticeships, training, or your next step – but unsure how to talk about yourself?
This interactive workshop, delivered by Molly from , is designed to help you communicate with confidence, understand your strengths, and show up well when meeting employers, training providers, or new people.
Young people today are navigating crowded job markets, digital-first identities, and the long-term impact of disrupted education and social development. This session focuses on the skills that help you cut through – not just on paper, but in real conversations.
It’s a great way to prepare for our , but you don’t need to be attending the fair to join.
What to expect:
- Explore who you are, what motivates you, and how that shapes your identity
- Build confidence in speaking clearly and authentically about yourself
- Develop communication and presence for interviews, networking, and group settings
- Understand leadership as a skill you already use, and how to grow it
- Leave better prepared to talk to employers and make a strong first impression
Important note: This event is for 16 to 30-year-olds only.
Additional note: There is NO parking available at our venue. We are situated on a busy main road.
