About this Event
Leadership can sometimes feel lonely especially when you are trying to make a meaningful difference in the world.
Confidence, Cake & Critical Feedback is an interactive workshop designed for female leaders who want to strengthen their confidence, clarify the impact they want to make and develop the skills to give and receive feedback with honesty and grace.
In a supportive and energising environment, we will explore how constructive feedback can become a powerful tool for personal growth, professional development and stronger leadership.
Together we will reflect, share experiences and practise practical approaches that help us move beyond defensiveness and into curiosity, learning and leadership maturity.
And yes — there will be cake. 🍰
In this workshop you will gain:
• Greater confidence in your leadership style
• Clarity about the impact you want to create
• Practical tools for giving and receiving critical feedback
• The ability to respond to feedback with openness and grace
• A deeper understanding of the mind–body connection rooted in neuroscience
• Connection with a supportive network of female leaders
Whether you lead a team, run an organisation or are shaping change in your community, this workshop will help you grow your leadership capacity and impact.
