Agenda of the evening :
19 15 - 19 30 Doors Open
1 9 30 - 20 00 Chris Richter
Chris Richter is an Amsterdam-based artist, who distinguishes herself as storyteller first, musician second. Her indie-folk style music bends to the will of the words she writes with instinct and intent. Her obsession with reshaping the boundaries of language makes for intricate word webs that come to rest on dark reverb, haunting strings and horns and deep and rhythmic bass. 'Rephrase, and then rephrase again,' is the holy idea of her music.

20 00 - 20 10 Break
20 10 - 20 40 Juliette van der Jagt
Singing from a young age and writing music since she was 15, Juliette's music moves you, as she captures emotions many of us can relate to. Juliette's songs are about accepting and overcoming our emotions, fears and limitations and finding the space to truly be yourself. Besides 'hearing' her music in her dreams, she draws most of her inspiration from her own personal growth. Immerse yourself in her warm voice and enchanting melodies.

20 40 - 20 50 Break
20 50 - 21 10 Lindsay Clark
Lindsay Clark finds balance between traditional and experimental folk. She uses poetry, rich harmony and a unique style of self-taught fingerpicking influenced by Elizabeth Cotton, John Fahey and Joni Michell, bridging diverse influences in folk, blues and classical music. Originally from the small gold rush town of Nevada City, California, she now resides in Portland, Oregon (US). Carpe Noctem (2022) was called “stunning” by Bob Boilen (NPR Music). It features Alela Diane, William Tyler, and others. Crystalline (2018) was called “a rare example of the weight that minimalism can bear in contemporary, reflective folk” (Popmatters)
