About this Event
- To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we will be limiting class sizes to 25 people. All participants are required to sign up in advance for the yoga classes.
We are at it again! Habitual Roots has partnered with Urban District Market for our Saturday morning yoga flow. Your ticket includes one hour yoga session, one beverage token, and donation to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Members enjoy this class for half off! The tokens can be redeemed at & Coffee for a drink or smoothie of your choice.
Come for an ALL LEVELS flow that incorporates mind, body, and breath. You will be led on a playful journey that will allow you to leave the excess noise behind of life's demands, and bring focus to a clear, stress-free YOU. Find strength in the movement, find peace in your breath, and growth in your intention. Come with an open mind- and a yoga mat, if you have one! And stick around for a drink, and good conversation! Life is about balance, right!?

Parking: There is a free parking lot onsite and UDM is located near the 25th St light rail station and XCLT greenway.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in. If you have never been to any of Habitual Roots' events, please register yourself in the system to allow a quicker check in process.
