Healing through music. An invitation to open our hearts and remember who we are here and now.
About this Event

Our Community Sound Bath is a weekly space created to make the healing power of sound accessible to everyone. Through coming together in a supportive environment, we allow the vibrations of sound to guide us into deep relaxation and inner balance.

This offering is donation-based to make sound healing accessible to the wider community. A suggested contribution of £5–£15 helps to cover the space and support the continuation of these weekly sessions. Those who are able to give towards the higher end of the range help make it possible for others in the community to attend.

Everyone is welcome.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you may need to ensure you are comfortable throughout the journey.

You will be gently guided into a meditative state before being immersed in the soothing tones of a beautiful collection of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, alongside other instruments such as the Paiste Gong, Koshi Chimes, Handpan, Chime Bar and more.

We begin by opening the circle with an uplifting prayer followed by gentle guided breathwork to help you settle and relax. From this place of stillness, the sound journey begins, allowing the frequencies of the instruments to wash over the body and mind.

Throughout the session we move around the room, softly playing instruments around you, allowing the vibrations to be experienced more personally and deeply, completely bathing you in soothing, angelic tones.

At the end of the journey you will be gently guided back into full awareness as we close the circle together.
