Full Description
This fotnightly service offers local residents access to nutritious surplus food rescued from across the supply chain, helping reduce waste while making good food affordable for everyone.
Each household attending typically receives 10–15 kg of food valued at around £25 - including fruit, veg, store cupboard staples, and chilled items.
There is no referral required - anyone can register and join.
We simply ask for a £5 contribution to help sustain the service going forward and that you limit yourself to one shop per month with our pantry.
Alongside food support, visitors can stay for a meal or refreshments, connect with others, and access advice services available onsite - making the pantry a supportive community experience, not just a provision of food.
