Join us for a 1-hour Mindfulness workshop (a part of the NMES Activity series) where we will explore neuroscience and ancient mindfulness techniques to help manage everyday stress.
We will discuss the body–mind connection, how stress affects the nervous system, and how simple, practical tools can support your wellbeing. The session includes a 30-minute guided mindfulness practice, so you will leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and with techniques you can use in daily life throughout 2026 and beyond.
The workshop will be run by Anna T, a certified yoga teacher since 2015, and held in Studio 1 of King's Sport Strand Gym, Lower Ground Floor, 57 Aldwych, London WC2B 4PA.
No previous experience needed — just come as you are.
