About this Event
Reconnect with your mind and body through the gentle rhythms of nature. By nurturing plants and moving intentionally through green spaces, participants are invited to slow down, reflect, and grow—both individually and together. No prior experience needed, just a willingness to step outside and breath. Everyone will recieve a journal to take home and pracitce mindfulness through different strategies we will all learn together.🌱🚶♀️All the workshops will take place on site at our own garden.
