Community Conversation Café: Imagining Otherwise - A Youth Futures Showcase

This Café is the culminating public gathering of Civic Imagination Lab’s Imagining Otherwise program, a participatory arts journey exploring just, post-growth futures.

Over the past three months, youth participants have explored storytelling, creative practice, and civic imagination to reflect on the present and envision more caring, just, and sustainable futures. This event is an invitation to step into those visions together.

Through art, dialogue, and participatory activities, you’ll experience youth-created work and engage in meaningful conversation about the futures we want to build in our communities. This is not a formal performance, but a welcoming space for reflection, curiosity, and collective imagination.
