About this Event

Fuse’s open mic/poetry night returns, once again celebrating community, care and culture at Stage & Radio. Positioned around International Mother Language Day, we will be featuring six talented performers to share original works.

Whether you’re new to poetry nights, or a regular presence across open mics in Manchester, we hope for this event to be an evening of solidarity and inspiration.

Everyone is welcome to Fuse's events, but we actively encourage Black, Asian, and Global Majority creatives to join us and be a part of Fuse's diverse community.

If there's extra time after the performers, we may have a sign up sheet for performers to share their poetry on the night.

Important notes:

— There will be photography occurring throughout this event, although you can of course flag on the day if you do not feel comfortable being in these.

— The space is welcome to anyone who's 16 and above, although there is the potential that difficult/sensitive topics will be shared.

— There’ll be a bar available to purchase refreshments.
