About this Event
Common Bond and BMF are coming together to create a next-level fitness experience designed to move your body and lift your mood. This is not your average workout, it’s hybrid session where motivation meets community and every moment is built to make you feel alive.
You’ll flow through three immersive workouts, each bringing its own unique energy:
- Ride it out with Boom Cycle: rhythm-driven, beat-fuelled and unapologetically fun. Expect surges, climbs, and that signature “party on a bike” feeling.
- Power up with BMF: high-intensity strength and conditioning that pushes your limits and builds serious endurance.
- Reset with Reformcore: controlled, focused movement designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore balance.
How it works:
- Upon arrival, participants will be split into two groups: Group A & B.
- Group A will start with a 25 minute Reformcore class, followed by a 25 minute BMF class.
- Group B will start with a 25 minute BMF class, followed by a 25 minute Reformcore class.
- After the first two sessions, both groups will join forces for an epic 45 minute finisher class at Boom Cycle.
This is your chance to sweat, switch it up and discover new momentum across three disciplines.
And when the workouts end, the vibe doesn’t. Stick around to refuel with complimentary shakes, connect and soak up the energy with the community. Whether you come solo or with friends, you’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter and part of something bigger.
