Atlanta Women Empowered — We have all been waking up to our intuitive magic for a while now, and you get to be a part of that! Gathering together in our divine femininity is a powerful movement towards enacting positive change in our society. Join us for the first ever AWE, a women’s circle based on red tent, with an emphasis on YOU connecting with YOU.

The Color Meditation— the most powerful way of uncovering your limiting beliefs so that you can stop self-sabotaging.
This is an interactive painting and energy alignment workshop. You will be guided into a deep sense of self love, then to focus on each chakra color and paint abstract marks onto canvas while saying positive affirmations out loud together! Take your spirit painting home with you to forever remind you of just how powerful you are
Includes sound healing. No painting or meditation experience needed. We make the whole thing easy and fun.

YOUR HOST:
Kelsey Beth is an art therapy practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience with meditation and explorative creativity. She has a bachelors degree in creative writing with a minor in studio arts, as well as further ESL teaching certification and her art therapy practitioner certification. All that to say, she’s fully qualified to hold space for you and teach you how to build up your confidence!
As a “recovered non-creative,” KB is passionate about normalizing meditation and providing healing spaces for people to connect deeply with themselves and discover where they are self-sabotaging, as well as how they can love themselves better.
