Collaboration through Crisis - Connection & Conversation

As birth work and maternity services become increasingly under pressure and polarised, this event offers a unique chance to pause, connect and strengthen relationships across those working in maternity care and birth work across East Sussex.Hosted collaboratively by local ESHT maternity professionals and independent birthworkers, this first gathering is intended as a relaxed and welcoming space to come together across different roles, experiences and settings. There will be opportunities to build relationships, reflect on experiences and share perspectives whilst encouraging shared learning and nurturing a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.This network event, sponsored by East Sussex MNVP, is open to NHS midwives, independent midwives, doctors, doulas, antenatal educators and anyone working to support families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
