BIRTH PREP SESSION:

We’ll begin with a relaxed, insight-driven birth-prep session designed to help you feel informed, calm and excited about what’s ahead.

This is a chance to get curious about birth and begin shaping your own approach in a supportive, informal space.

We’ll explore:

• How birth works from a physiological point of view and how your body is expertly designed to birth your baby
• How fear and anxiety can impact our birth experience, and practical ways to start shifting your mindset
• The basics of hypnobirthing made accessible, understandable and relevant for everyone in the room
• The elements of birth and preparation you can meaningfully take ownership of

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how birth works, a few lightbulb moments, and plenty of inspiration for your next steps.

BABY-WEARING: An Introduction

We’ll then be joined by Emma (Little One Snug), a babywearing specialist for an introduction to baby-wearing and its many benefits.

Babywearing is something many parents come to in those early weeks, often with little guidance. This session is designed to give you a clear, confident starting point.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Why carrying your baby can feel so instinctive, and the benefits for both of you
• What safe and comfortable positioning really looks like, especially in the newborn stage
• The different types of carriers available and how to begin navigating your options
• Why it can be helpful to wait before buying, and how to avoid common pitfalls

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what to look for in slings, what to avoid, and where to go for support if you need it.
