Basics of Rhythmic Playing and Singing
What you will learn
Are you seeking a way to enhance your well-being, reduce stress, and alleviate anxiety? We invite you to our Wellness Drumming Session, where the focus is on improving your mental and physical health through the power of rhythm and group interaction.
Why Participate?
Enhance Well-being: Our primary focus is to help participants achieve a better state of well-being, reducing levels of stress and anxiety through engaging in drumming exercises.
Improve Socialisation: Experience improved socialisation through interaction with the group. This process welcomes individuals who find it challenging to engage in conversations, as you can fully participate without speaking at all.
Drumming as a Means, Not an End: Playing drums and percussion is not the ultimate goal but a pathway to achieving your wellness objectives.
No Experience Necessary: Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience, it doesn't matter. The group serves as your resource and support system.
Come along and discover how the rhythm of the drums can bring about positive changes in your life. This session offers a safe, supportive environment where everyone can learn, grow, and connect through the shared experience of music.
We look forward to welcoming you and sharing the transformative power of drumming. Join us, feel the beat, and find your balance!
