Join Isobel and Jenny for a cold water dip in South Queensferry on Saturday 25th April! If you would like to join us, confirm your place by emailing your name and contact number to: [email protected].You don’t need to have experience or equipment and there is no pressure from us to fully submerge your body if you’d prefer to have a paddle! Dipping is at your own risk so do consult your GP first as cold water isn’t for everyone!
Times and exact location TBD as this will be weather dependent but we expect to dip around mid-morning. There is no charge for this session.
