Sauna at Merchants house cafe

Join us in the beautiful garden at Merchants House Café for a sound bath sauna experience.

Each session begins with a 10-minute immersive sound bath to help you relax and arrive in the space.

🌀 12:00–1:00pm
🌀 1:25–2:25pm
🌀 2:50–3:50pm

Spaces are limited for each session.

What to bring:
Swimwear (required)
Towel – please bring an extra towel to sit on if you can 🙂
Flip flops / sandals
Water bottle & water

Donations (Suggested sliding scale):
