Join IgniteHer.org and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Largo West at The Dance Factory Tampa Bay for a transformative afternoon of empowerment. This isn't your average "one-hour seminar"—it is a mission-driven collaboration designed to give you practical tools for physical, mental, and emotional safety.
--- MEET YOUR LEAD INSTRUCTOR: COACH JEN ---
We are honored to have this session led by Coach Jen, a Certified Gracie University Instructor and a highly respected expert in trauma-informed Jiu-Jitsu from Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Largo West ([https://gracielargowest.com](https://gracielargowest.com)).
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminology from USF, Coach Jen combines the "psychology of violence" with real-world techniques. As a survivor of domestic abuse herself, she brings unmatched compassion and lived experience to the mat. She doesn't just teach you how to fight back; she teaches you how to stay out of harm’s way, set boundaries, and protect your energy—mentally and emotionally.

* Attire: Please dress comfortably in athletic or flexible clothing.
* Footwear: To keep our training space clean, we will be in socks during the class.
* Equipment: Community mats will be provided and shared for all participants.

To find us easily within Westshore Plaza Mall, follow these steps:
1. GPS to Westshore Plaza Mall at 250 Westshore Plaza, Tampa, FL 33609.
2. Park near Maggiano's Little Italy.
3. Enter to the right in the main mall entrance.
4. Make your first right and pass the movie theater escalators.
5. Head directly straight—we are located next to the Lids hat store and Finish Line.
