Club LA BOOM x ARTLAB – Singles Gallery Salon 27-42 [Blind Art Chemistry]

This time at ARTLAB @ Goldberg Studios - our very first gallery edition.

Meet Club LA BOOM ✺ We do offline dating differently: by and for people who like ease. Curated events with people who are over the swiping scene. We create real spaces to chat, see, and connect through different formats.

In partnership with Galerie Benjamin Eck and brand experience designer Sophie Friedrich, we're turning a Glockenbach loft into a perception experiment, built around the gallery's current exhibition: Zwischenwelten.

The artists ask what lives between things: between what's seen and what's felt, between you and the person next to you. We think dating belongs in that question, too. This afternoon is an attempt to step into those in-between worlds together.

• A guided Blind Art Tour through 25 artworks in small, gender-balanced groups
• No touching, no rules except: describe what you see (alternating in groups)
• Coffee and mingle in the lounge after
• Science-based matches revealed mid-event
• People's Choice vote: crown the artist who best captured the Zwischenwelten spirit
• Light framework, natural chats (English & German, we mix)
• No speed dating, no awkwardness, pinky promise!

Before:

1. Buy your ticket
2. Receive a short personality questionnaire (science-backed) via mail
3. Our algorithm finds your best match. You won't know who it is until the event unfolds

At the event:

1. The blind art tour gets you out of small talk and into real perception
2. Your match is revealed on WhatsApp before coffee. What happens next is up to you

• Will I feel comfortable? Yes. That’s what we’re here for.
• Who’s coming? 35–60 guests, mostly late 20s/early 40s. Hetero pairings this time.
• Do I need to know art? Not at all. The tour is built for curiosity, not expertise.
• Languages? Both German & English are totally welcome.
• Can I bring a friend? Absolutely - especially if they’re also single.
• Is it exclusive? A little. We keep things small and partly invite-only.
