About this Event
Force of Nature's Anxiety to Agency workshop is a 90-minute session which helps participants navigate strong emotions, identify self-limiting beliefs, and understand how to cultivate agency and resilience.
This will be a safe space to meet others and decompress, in the face of what can often feel like a hugely overwhelming challenge. The format will be small group discussions, supported by conversation prompts. And if the scintillating conversation wasn't temptation enough, we'll also have hot drinks and snacks :)
You are invited to show up in whichever way you feel most comfortable. This is not a networking event, but a space to be human (read: messy, inconsistent and anything in-between!)... so feel free to ditch the work title. Please note that due to the nature of this workshop, we won’t be able to let anyone into the workshop once we start after 6:15pm.
