Please Note: This session is for those who identify as women and are over 18 only.
Join us for a pottery workshop that will be led by the wonderfully talented ceramicist ‘Handmade by Ray’. The session will involve hand sculpting clay, you can either follow Ray’s instruction to make a pot or let your creativity flow with this wonderful tactile medium and create your own individual sculpture. This is a great hands-on way to channel your creativity.
The session will be held in the cozy, tranquil, private yurt in Paradise Gardens. All supplies will be provided, including a tray for you to take your creation home on. You can buy teas or coffees from the bar and tap water will be provided.
Chin Up Cardiff is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. Foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace.
It is completely FREE to attend the session. If you would like to donate to the running costs of Chin Up we have a Go Fund Me linked on our website.
Please be aware that the Chin Up team are female but men my be present at the venue as customers/staff in the cafe.
There are limited places due to staffing and the size of the venue, so we ask that you only book a place if you are planning to attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel and let us know so.
