About this Event
There's a lot of noise around AI right now. Everyone's talking about it, but few people
are making it feel accessible for women who are running real businesses.
This hands-on workshop strips it all back. No jargon, no overwhelm, just practical
knowledge and something tangible to walk away with.
What you'll leave with:
• A Claude account set up with memory configured and ready to use for your business
• Clarity on which AI tool is right for you and why
• A personal prompt template you built in the room
• A pre-built AI skill loaded into your account and working before you leave
• Confidence to keep going on your own
What we'll cover:
• Claude vs ChatGPT: what is the difference and which one is right for you
• Setting up your account with memory so it already knows your business
• Seeing AI handle real business tasks live in the room
• Building your own idea sense-checker on both platforms
• A look at what is possible when your business has proper AI infrastructure behind it
This workshop is for you if:
• You've heard about AI but are not sure where to start
• You've tried it once or twice and are not getting results that feel useful
• You're nervous about getting it wrong
• You want to understand it in plain English before deciding whether it is for you
No technical knowledge required. Bring your laptop and your curiosity.
The PRECIOUS AI Lab is here to make AI practical, useful and human. It's about real tools for business, visibility and growth.
Hosted by Foluke Akinlose, founder of PRECIOUS.
Facilitated by Andrea Corbett, Identity Coach and AI Business Strategist.
Andrea Corbett is an Identity Coach, AI Business Strategist and the founder of By Your Design.
She primarily supports women entrepreneurs over 40 to build businesses that are strategically sound, AI-ready, and most importantly aligned with who they actually are.
With a background in secondary education, school governance, competitive bodybuilding, mental health ambassadorship, and multiple business reinventions, she brings a rare depth of lived experience to her work.
She specialises in cutting through the noise of AI to help business owners identify exactly where it belongs in their business and implement it with intention rather than overwhelm. Andrea is based in London and works with clients across the UK and internationally.
Foluke Akinlose MBE is the founder of PRECIOUS, a pioneering UK platform dedicated to celebrating, connecting, and championing women in business and leadership, particularly women of colour.
She launched PRECIOUS with a simple but powerful idea: that talented women doing extraordinary work deserved to be seen, recognised, and supported. What began as a storytelling platform has grown into a respected community and national awards programme that has highlighted hundreds of women across sectors including entrepreneurship, technology, creative industries, public service, and social impact.
In 2007, Foluke founded the PRECIOUS Awards, which have become one of the UK’s most established awards celebrating the achievements of women of colour in business and leadership. Over the years, the awards have built a reputation for shining a light on both emerging and established leaders whose work often goes unrecognised in mainstream spaces. The initiative has helped to elevate role models, open doors, and strengthen networks of support across industries.
Alongside the awards, Foluke has developed a wider ecosystem of initiatives under the PRECIOUS brand, including networking events, leadership conversations, storytelling platforms, and community gatherings designed to support women at different stages of their professional journeys. Through these initiatives she has created spaces where women can connect, share knowledge, and build the confidence and visibility needed to thrive.
Foluke’s work is rooted in a deep belief in the power of community, storytelling, and recognition as tools for change. Her mission has always been to ensure that the contributions of Black women and women of colour particularly those whose voices are often overlooked- are documented, celebrated, and amplified.
Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Foluke has extensive experience in communications, digital content, and public sector engagement. She has worked across the public and voluntary sectors on initiatives that connect communities, improve access to information, and strengthen civic participation.
She is also a trustee of Show Racism the Red Card, the UK’s leading anti-racism educational charity.
