BECOME A PASTA MAESTRO THIS SPRING! 🍝
Join our expert chefs at Eataly for a fresh spring edition of our classic pasta cooking experience. Learn how to make silky egg pasta dough from scratch and turn it into one filled pasta and one long pasta, using seasonal flavours and authentic Italian techniques.
Kick off the evening with a welcome glass of prosecco and dive into the art of fresh pasta making in our hands-on class. This is the perfect cooking experience for lovers of Italian food in London, whether you are a beginner or simply looking to refine your skills.
Recipes you will make:
- Pasta fresca all’uovo: fresh egg pasta dough
- Fagottini with ricotta, mint and zucchini filling, served with tomato sauce
- Tagliatelle cacio e pepe
You will also receive detailed digital recipe cards and the class diploma signed by our Chef.
Important information:
- This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians (please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have dietary requirements)
- Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.
- This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.
- Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.
- If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!
- Additional drinks, aside from the welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.
Ticket policy:
- ·Tickets are not refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)
- Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.
- La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
