Enjoy free 60-minutes of high-energy workouts with CinderFit at The Underline Sound Stage Plaza sponsored by Florida Power & Light.
Using a CinderFit block our certified coaches will guide you through a full-body warm-up and strength interval training. The CinderFit is a versatile workout tool inspired by the cinder block that allows fitness enthusiasts to do 10x more exercises than a dumbbell or kettlebell providing unparalleled total body strength and cardio training.
Please wear sunscreen, comfortable sneakers, and bring your towel and water bottle.
This workout is powered by Baptist Health. Space is limited, please RSVP.

• ?Take the Metrorail to Brickell Metrorail Station, exit north, and walk to Sound Stage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.
• ?♂️ Walk or bike (bike racks on The Underline as SW 1st Avenue and SW 1st Street) to Sound Stage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.
