Join us for “The VM Workout” – a weekly fitness series in Cincinnati Parks!
For four weeks, experience a 55-minute movement-based fitness class led by Victoria Morgan, former artistic director of Cincinnati Ballet (don’t worry—it’s not about ballet technique!). “The VM Workout” blends yoga, strength training, and fluid improvised movement to support core strength, flexibility, and overall physical resilience—all while encouraging personal expression through movement.
Propelled by favorite tunes from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and current ascending rock stars, this outdoor class invites participants to move freely, enjoy the rhythm of music, and connect with the beautiful surroundings of Lytle Park, right next to the Lytle Park Hotel and Taft Museum of Art on 4th Street in downtown Cincinnati.
Victoria shares: “My goal is to create a workout that is fun, challenging, interactive, and community-building. It’s meant to share the joy I’ve always felt when music fills your body and you find yourself irresistibly moving to rhythms, textures, or the poetry of words. Those sensations redefine how we experience life—plus, let’s not forget the decades of research showing the benefits of consistent physical activity.”
