Christmas Chocolate Making Workshop by Concerto Catering

Make something beautiful (and delicious) before Christmas with Concerto Catering! In this hands-on workshop led by Exec Chef and Chocolatier, Fiona Harrhy, you’ll fill, flavour and decorate, then box up your own artisan chocolates to take home or gift.

• The basics of chocolate
• Filled chocolates (ganache or caramel) with festive flavours
• Decorated bark or truffles with seasonal toppings
• Finishing & packaging: arrange your creations in a gift box with ribbon

• All ingredients & equipment
• Use of aprons, gloves & tools
• Gift box & ribbon for your chocolates
• Refreshments - a belgian hot chocolate on arrival
• Recipe card and tips to recreate at home

Beginners welcome—no experience needed. Great for friends, couples, teams, or a solo crafty evening. Suitable for ages 10+ (under-18s with a paying adult only).

Our bar will be open until 10pm should you wish to stay for post workshop drinks

  All tickets include ingredients, packaging, hot chocolate and a take-home gift box.

This workshop may involve milk, soy and nuts. We can often accommodate vegetarian and nut-free options with advance notice. Please tell us your requirements at checkout. While care is taken, our kitchen handles all major allergens.

The venue has step free access and an accesible restroom. If you have access needs, please message us so we can help.

• Free ticket transfer to another person up to 48 hours before the event.
• Refunds are not available for this event, however should you not be able to make it and you let us know 24 hours before the event, we will deliver a box of chocolates to you within the local Bromley area.
  

Just yourself! Wear something comfortable you don’t mind getting a little chocolate on. We provide aprons and everything else.
